I spent all night with this family in the hospital, waiting with them for their arrival of sweet Jackson. Their birth story was unexpected and a little scary, but they are all on the other side completely healthy and happy.
I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a cuter, more well-dressed little girl than Olivia. She’s absolutely in love with her little brother. Little Jackson completes this incredibly sweet family of four and I am so happy that I was welcomed into their home to capture those perfect few weeks. xoxo
Life flies by and once you have kids, it seems to fly a million miles an hour. You watch the clock until bedtime, then lay awake under the covers looking at photos from the day. You have a thousand photos trapped on your phone from your family’s life, but how many of those are you in? How many are you ALL in? There’s nothing quite like loving on your favorite people and watching your kids smile and laugh that beautifully pure laugh. Document that. Document your days; your highs and your lows and every once in a while, bring someone in to document your whole life together doing what you love to do - be a family. Now that I have kids of my own, lifestyle sessions hold a special place in my heart. Having the honor of telling another family’s story is something I don’t take for granted and I am so thankful I get to do.
